Sorry for the super long wait!
I had finals and I got caught up in some IRL drama/stuffs.
Since it's summer I'll try to update regularly again.

GO FOR IT. Seriously, nineteen year olds are just as insecure as you. She might be more mature than everybody else your age but you just have to act like you're at her 'level'. (MATURITY IS A LIE.) KISS HER. DO IT. AND BE GOOD AT IT. (But that might be too much for you right now.)

One thing: DON'T TELL HER YOU LIKE HER. Bad idea. Ask her to the movies or lunch. Spend a bunch of time together. Or just kiss her. It's all about pretending to be confident. I'm rooting for ya! (You might have to decide between being friends and attempting to ask her out though. Some people can't be friends after that.)

Is she dropping any hints? And why is her boyfriend a douche? And I think I'm asking too many questions. :P

I had similar problems :).

Got a crush on a girl I go to Uni with, even though she told me she just ended her relationship with her boyfriend of 7 years a few months back...but gosh, she is definitely at least bi...well that's what my gaydar told me anyway^^. She is tall, tough, pretty in a natural way, athletic, funny, outgoing...

But she turned out to be different from what I thought when I got to know her better and that was really a turn off. Now we can stay simply friends, which is nice, but on the other hand, I'm not too fond of the "negative" sides of her character I found...also yeah, my gaydar is probably crap and she's straight after all :/
